Thank you for shopping on my website website. I take great pride in my products and strive to provide our customers with high-quality earrings that they will love.

All sales are final. I do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of a defective or damaged product. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the defective or damaged product must be returned to us in its original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached. Once I receive your returned item, I will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

Please note that we do not accept returns for any other reason, including but not limited to, buyer's remorse, wrong size, or color. We are also not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address provided.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange request that does not meet our requirements.
